  2. What if I don't like the initial design? Not a problem! We offer unlimited design revisions until you're happy with the final product.

  3. Can I see a proof before my design goes to print? Of course! We always provide you with a digital design proof to approve or request changes after you place your order to ensure that you're completely satisfied with the design before we send it to print.

  4. Can I request a specific size for my canvas print? Yes, we offer a range of standard sizes, but we can also accommodate custom sizes upon request.

  5. Will my canvas print arrive ready to hang? Yes, our canvas prints are stretched over a hidden wood frame that allows most prints to hang from a single nail or screw. Larger prints are a bit heavier and may require a wall anchor if not hung from a wall stud.

  6. What if my canvas print arrives damaged? In the unlikely event that your canvas print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damage, along with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement free of charge.

  7. Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order before you receive a design proof. Once your print has been designed, it cannot be cancelled.

  8. Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.

  9. What type of file should I use to submit my custom design elements and company logos? We accept most file types, including JPEG, PNG, and PDF. If you're unsure which file type to use, contact us for assistance.

  10. Can I place a rush order? In some cases, we can accommodate rush orders. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
